Chia Mining Pools
So Chia pools are on there way but are you ready? This is a quick article with a video below but a few things that were not in the video are the new portable plots that will need to be re plotted for pools. Now how that works is they will be on a smart contract system. You will be able to move among different pools but at about a 30 min cooldown each time once you move and they can be used for solo mining as well. Now plots that are currently being plotted now before the pools will be solo only and cannot be moved. This is why once pools do release you will have to replot to the new plot form in order to use the pools.
In the video below I go over how to prepare for the upcoming pools and as you will need a small amount of chia to pay the transaction to plot to a pool or move them around the video has instructions on how to do so. If you would rather just read then the fast version is make sure to download and install the Chia blockchain from here https://www.chia.net/ set up your wallet click on your receive address and copy it to https://faucet.chia.net/ you will have to wait your turn in line but once you do this you can close it then wait for your free chia to cover a transaction to sign a contract to mine to a pool something small like 0.0001 chia.
